By bidding on my item means you agree to my terms.  Most of my items are vintage or pre-owned and may show signs of normal wear and may have odors of older homes, basements, cellars, smoking, etc.  If you are expecting brand new items you need to buy new. Items are usually sold in the same condition they are acquired in.  Some items may be cleaned, jewelry items may be cleaned and polished as well but that's on a case by case basis.  Please read description and measurements carefully and ask any questions before bidding.  I do my best to describe any defects I see.  If you have any concerns, please make sure to ask questions before bidding.  Keep in mind the hues on the pictures may vary due to the cameras or monitors used.   I reserve the right to ship by another carrier or service.  If you have a concern on the timeline or want the product shipped by a specific carrier or service please contact me before bidding to discuss and confirm shipping charges.   If for some reason an item arrives damaged due to shipping on insured items I will require good photos of the damage and USPS may require you to bring the item in to verify damage before any refunds can be made.  Do not dispose of the item until I give the all clear regarding the refund.  I do not change the shipping address after auction end.  If you want an item shipped to a different address that must be approved before bidding.  Some items over $100.00 may require signature for proof of receipt.  If that's a problem please reach out to me for possible other arrangements before bidding.  If returns are being offered on clothing, they must have tags attached and unaltered as seen in photos to receive a refund.  No returns will be made due to allergies from laundry detergents or fabric softeners.  I will accept returns only if item is not as described.  I do not accept returns for Buyers remorse, or manufacturer flaws, defects or imperfections.  Pictures are part of the description.  Payment is due within 1 day of auction end.
