This is a Key Lime Tree that is ready to flower and is about 14-20" inches tall. This tree is starting to explode with growth and will quickly double in size. You are buying the plant pictured in the 2nd photo or one very similar. Your tree can look like the first picture in only 1-2 years!
It will grow well and produce fruit this year if placed in front of a large south facing window, in a sunroom, greenhouse, or patio with full sun.
The tree is a mature rooted cutting taken from a mature, fruit bearing mother tree, that will flower and produce fruit this year. You can pick the fruit off to allow the tree to grow larger, faster. Or you can keep the tree small and enjoy your Bonsai Lemon tree that will be able to support several fruits at a time.
