Return Policy On Software Items

All software is NEW in a sealed package. We do accept returns within 30 days ONLY if the software is UNOPENED (Shrink wrap not removed). We monitor returns for false claims such as selecting a false reason for return and report them to eBay (Example: Opening and installing the software then returning the software). eBay is aware of these issues with these types or returns on our account and they are working with us and taking action against buyer accounts. In the event the software in defected we will send a replacement.

 

Software Installation Support

We offer support for installing the software on your PC only

If we cannot walk you through installation we can install the software for you using team viewer. For radio software we can only support the software not the cables or cable drivers purchased from other vendors. We can do our best with other issues such as programming and reading/writing your device but it is sometimes difficult without seeing your PC to Radio set up.

 

Shipping

We usually ship all items same day or 1 business day however there are some cases where it could take up to 3 business days to ship a certain item.
