• All orders are shipped out in one business day after the payment is cleared.
• Same-day shipping is often the norm if your order came in before our daily shipping cut-off time, usually around 2pm Pacific, or 12pm for Saturdays.
• Sometimes an item's tracking history appears as if it's stuck at a USPS hub for many days, or, the status remains "USPS AWAITS ITEM" as if we still haven't sent it out. Please rest assured that we did our part as promised, it's just that USPS didn't scan or didn't update the history in time. Please just be patient, USPS can be late, but they rarely lose packages.
• The "Guaranteed by" or "Estimated between" dates shown in the listing are put there by eBay, not us. Nobody except USPS can guarantee the delivery date. We can only guarantee same- or next-day shipping. So, please do not hold us responsible, we didn't put them there. Thank you for your understanding.
• We reuse packing materials received during the course of business. They may not look pretty, but we believe in reuse. Hope you don't mind. Moreover, we hope you can, when possible, reuse the packing materials received from us. Thank you!

Should you decide to return the item, we are here to help. But please note the following terms and conditions:

• All returns must be made through eBay. Please go to your Purchase History, locate the item you want to return, and there is a big blue button that says "Return this item". Follow the instructions there.
• Return requests must be made within 30 calendar days of receiving the item.
• After we have accepted your request, as per eBay policy, please send it back within 5 business days.
• The item must be returned in the same condition as in which it was received, must include all components or packaging, and must be in a resellable state. If the above requirements are not met, the seller may deduct some amount from the refund at the seller's discretion.
