Your item will be professionally & carefully packed and despatched in a timely manner. Please note any images are purely for illustration purposes only, the item you will receive is the item specificied in the item specifics. We kindly ask that buyers check the estimated delivery date before purchasing. All orders will normally be posted within 2 to 3 business days after confirmation and verification of your payment information (Unless otherwise stated). Orders are not usually processed for shipment on weekends and bank holidays. |
| Returns |
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 30 days of receipt. All you will be responsible for is the cost of the return postage. The item should be unworn, undamaged and must be 'as new' when returned to us. We will issue an exchange or refund to you via your original payment method. Transit If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days on their return they can be replaced or a refunded issued via your original payment method. Faulty on Arrival If your items are faulty on arrival, you should inform us as soon as reasonably possible. Items should be returned in their original packaging when possible with a copy of original documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we will issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method. Items Faulty in Warranty Period If any of your purchases develop a fault within its warranty period it will need to be returned.
