All Motografix orders are sent via Royal Mail Recorded, Special and International deliveries, these services insure your goods against loss or damage in transit and enables both parties to trace its progress if the need arises. A signature will be required upon receipt of goods or the parcel may be left at your local pick-up centre ready for personal collection, if not collected the item could be sent back to our head office here in the UK. We will update your account with tracking information once shipped and checking the tracking status on a daily basis is advised so no delivery/attempt is missed, this applies to International shipments only and tracking can be used with both Royal Mail and your local provider (to find your local service please see Universal Postal Union via the web for more details).
