What is a spork?
A spork is a hybrid utensils combining a fork and spoon.
What is CPLA plastic?
CPLA is crystallized polylactic acid. This is created by adding chalk to PLA in the production process. Polylactic Acid (PLA) is a plant-based material derived from sugars such as corn starch or sugar cane.
Is CPLA biodegradable?
Yes, CPLA is biodegradable and these can also be composted in a commercial composting facility.

Shipping
We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. We strives to make sure your orders come to you in a timely manner and our system provides the best-estimated date at which your package should arrive so long as it is shipped out within a certain timeframe.
Please note that the shipping timeframe does not include order processing times prior to shipment. The estimated arrival date is not a guarantee of when the package will be delivered.
Terms
All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA No.). In order to qualify for an RMA No., the merchandise must be unopened and returned within 30 days from the date of receipt. The returned merchandise must be in good condition, properly sealed, and in its original packaging.
A 10% restocking fee will be applied to ALL returns. Shipping & Handling charges will not be refunded and LollicupStore is not responsible for any Shipping & Handling fees incurred when returning items. Once an RMA No. has been issued, the merchandise must be received in our offices within 30 days. LollicupStore reserves the right to refuse any returns, not the following protocol.
To return a product, please message to seller to request an RMA Number. We do not offer any exchange option at this time.
LollicupStore is not responsible for orders placed outside of this website or products received from orders placed outside of this website. We will not accept any claims or returns for any items that do not have a valid order number.
Returns
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.

Lollicup USA was founded in 2000 when Alan Yu and Marvin Cheng opened the first Lollicup tea cafe in San Gabriel, CA. Their business quickly expanded and by 2006 more than 60 stores opened across the nation.
To maintain consistency and quality of their shops, Yu and Cheng established two brands, Tea Zone® (2001) and Karat® (2004). Tea Zone offers high-quality bubble tea and food and beverage ingredients, while Karat provides premium paper and plastic disposable goods and packaging.
Not long after establishing these brands, the company began providing its products and services to thousands of businesses, including many Fortune 500 restaurant franchises.
In 2013, after many years of expanding its presence in the market, the company’s headquarters relocated from Industry, CA to a 300,300 sq. ft. a facility in Chino, CA. This building houses a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant. Lollicup USA also operates three overseas agent offices to better serve international customers, and warehouses in Wilmer, TX, Sumner, WA and Summerville, SC.
