I'm putting up Almost Complete / Complete collections Precancel singles in this type of format. Most are common stamps that you can not find listed on Ebay because of the low cost and Ebay ( buy now ) makes the listings start at $ 0.99. It is not worth it for the seller to list all of these common stamps in auction form ( cost and also eats up the monthly total at the seller has to list ) ( In auction form, with Ebay fees, If below $ 0.75, seller losses money ). I have found a way to list these listings so that you can get the Precancel stamps that you need. You can also save if you buy more then one of the listed stamps.
