All of the California Bureaus are listed here except for Glendale, Long Beach, Los Angeles, North Hollywood, Oakland, Pasadena, Riverside, Sacramento, Salinas, San Bernard, San Diego, San Francisco, San Jose, San Luis Obispo, San Pedro, Santa Ana, Santa Rosa, Stockton and Van Nuys. They will soon have a listing together or by them selves. E bay only gives me 250 listings in one auction.
On a lot of my listings, the value of them are higher then the book value. I have been collecting / Dealing 40+ years and bought of 3 Precancel dealers. A lot of the " Common " ones ( $ 0.15 ) in the price guide, I've never seen. A lot of the ones listed are " RARER " then people think that they are. I buy a lot of precancels ( and have a lot ), and most of the $ 2.50 on up items, you can not find. Some of the items are once-in-a-life-time chance just to find. Also the price guide is " out dated ". The one I received from PSS is the latest one which is 2005. On other collections like Coins, Depression Glassware, Coca Cola items, Model Trains and Etc.. ( which I have, Collect, Bought and Sold ) have price guides coming out every year or every other year.
