I'm putting up Almost Complete / Complete collections Precancel singles in this type of format. I have emails saying that they do not like this type of listing. The only difference on this type of format is that you can buy what you want at one time ( add to cart before checking out and to save us both money ) and you can save more money when checking out and I can put up more different items at one time. Shipping is $ 0.64, no matter how many you buy. Through E-Bay, if you " BUY NOW ", the seller has to start off at $ 0.99, just like my auctions.
Years ago, a ' lot ' of collectors did not like precancels ( some still today ), so when they came across precancels ( did not matter if it was worth $0.15 or $1000.00 ), they throw them away. I know that first hand. I used to ask collectors ( Reg United States and / or World collectors ) about if they would sell their precancels to me and they would tell me that they just throw them away. Think about that ! How many are really out there? I've study and searched ( help with some very helpful friends I met years ago on precancels stamps ) There is a lot of different precancels that is out there that you will not find. That is why my prices are higher, for The ones I do find, I have to pay for them.
A little about me !
I've been in the stamp collecting field almost 40 years and some of the commons ( book prices at $0.15 ), I have never seen. I have never been in no clubs ( clubs do nothing for me ) and been dealing / collecting precancels 110 % of my time ( except when life interferes ) since 1986. I've bought out 3 dealers of Precancels years ago.
