Shipping
Shipments generally leave our distributor's warehouse M-F, 1PM EST. If you place your order by 11AM EST, there is a very good chance your item(s) will leave that same day. This is not the case during holidays, eve of holidays and natural disasters.
Items may be shipped via USPS or UPS. Local pickup is available at our distributor's warehouse location(Gainesville, FL) by appointment only. We reserve the right to use a signature requirement at delivery.
We do not ship hotels/inns/motels unless you are an employee or on extended stay. This is due to the inconsistency of the US Postal Service and sometimes that of UPS, not to mention those sketchy dive motels that we are at times forced to use out of necessity.
The address used at checkout is the address to which we ship. We cannot change the address after it has been submitted. If you use the incorrect address you may be able to prevent the shipment by requesting to cancel the order, however this is not guaranteed.
eBay's Guaranteed Delivery Date
Guaranteed dates by eBay are not to be taken literally and are much more often incorrect. Unfortunately there is no way to remove this "feature".

Transit days heavily depend on things such as Sunday delivery options or rush sale days(ie Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Prime Day) and federal holidays.
If a carrier(USPS, UPS, FEDEX, DHL) states a package is delivered to the 5 digit zipcode used at checkout, it means it is delivered. There is no action that we can take to assist you once the carrier has marked the package as delivered. If you did not receive your package even though the tracking states delivered at your zipcode, contact your local USPS, UPS, FEDEX or DHL office for assistance. Provide them with the tracking number. They will assist you from that point on.
Cancellations
As there is a 24 hour window in which to see these requests it is often that the items leave our distributor's warehouse before a cancellation request can be completed. Because of this, please be absolutely sure you want the item before committing to your purchase. Our goal and the goal of our distributor is to get your package out the door the same business day whenever possible.
Damaged Items
Yes, it happens to all of us at some point in time. If you receive a damaged item do not discard. Take photos of the packaging and the product(if product was opened).
Returns
Though this listing states No Returns, we do accept returns when the request is placed within 7 days of the delivery date. Returns are only eligible if the item is unopened and returned in the condition as it was received. The cost of return shipping is to be paid for by the buyer. Insurance is encouraged as a damaged or lost return cannot be refunded.
