In good condition.  The charge case has wear on the magnet area(see 2nd picture) and some light wear on the outside. The box has wear and the tip bag has been opened. 
Everything functions 100%.

Includes the headphones, charge case, box(has wear), usb cable and small, medium and small ear wings/tips.
Large ear tip/wings are not included. If you need large ear tips contact me before ordering, if I have them in stock I can swap the small size for large.
