“Please check the photos. This is the Kizuyama Suita 30'size from Kyoto Japan. Kizuyama located in East area in Kyoto, so called Higashimono, it is said stable, fine & soft finishing whetstone. Good for chef knives and tools. Very Rare & Hard to find Kizuyama Suita these days ! Beautiful Gradation shows the sharpening face. Its sharpening feel is smooth, fine blackish slurry comes our quickly and continuously, toothy edge can be made quickly. Apart from the sharpening face, cured lightly. Please note that these are not for beginner sharpeners since they're harder to use.These are natural stones meaning that every single one of them are different so my measured size are not accurate. This is a life time investment for people who lives sharpening their knives and tools, do not hesitate to ask me your questions.”
