Yuge Haccho is not a very famous whetstone which is thought that the quantity in distribution was not that big.It is said to have been well distributed in the hairdressing industry in the past.

Yuge Haccho is located where the Honkuchinari and Aishinari layer structures interweave, and it is said that the stones were mined into various types. Comparatively hard and dense, yet, dark grayish slurry comes out comparatively quickly without Nagura. Can be a good pre-finisher for razor or woodworking tools. Please note that these are not for beginner sharpeners since they're harder to use. These are natural stones meaning that every single one of them is different so my measured sizes are not accurate.
