The JANTZ knife sharpening system has been sold all across the USA.
The wheels are Precision MADE IN USA and are guaranteed to be perfectly balanced.
The set includes two 6" wheels:
- Silicon carbide coated wheel to create a wire edge prepping the knife edge for the slotted wheel. Apply included lubricant as needed.
- Slotted polishing wheel for burnishing the cutting edge creating an even, razor sharp edge. Use the burning wheel as a strop between sharpenings to maintain the razor edge. Apply included white rouge as needed.
Accessory kit includes 1 ounce white rouge, 2 ounce silicon carbide grit, 2 ounce lubricant, appropriate bushings, and detailed instructions.
