Part Terms & Conditions
If you exercise your right to cancel, the Product has been supplied in error, ordered in error or damaged we advise you to follow the following procedure.
Please contact us and receive authorisation for return / collection and your returns number.
Secure the Product and all of the original packaging materials including invoice in either the original box or one of similar construction.*1.3
Mail the package if returning and label it for our address.
If at time of call to customer services you were advised that the Product will be collected, please do as *1.3 but have the Parcel accessible for the courier to collect on the day agreed at time of call.
Returns for Products bought in error are simple; but are subject to certain rules.
You shall be liable for the cost incurred in returning Products to us and we shall not be obliged to accept any product if such costs have not been paid in full.
Each item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent and undamaged. Damaged goods due to your negligence will not be accepted for refund.
Once the Product has been returned refunds will be made in the original payment method.
All requests will be processed after we have inspected and verified the condition of the Products. Returns take approximately five business days to process upon receipt of the item.

Scotland: DD, DG, EH, KA, FK, G, PH, ML, TD.
Scottish Islands: HS, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, ZE.
Scottish Highlands: AB, KW, IV, PA, PH.
Other: LL, KY, PL, SA, SY, TR, BT, NE, LD, CA, LA, DH, SR, TS, DL, NR ((May require additional delivery charge) Anywhere not regarded as mainland UK and not mentioned above.

Re-Delivery
1. Engines and Gearboxes
o A re-delivery fee of £50 applies, including deliveries made with our own delivery service.
o This fee applies from the second delivery attempt onward.
2. Any Orders Sent with Third Party Pallet Courier
o A re-delivery fee of £50 will be charged.
o This fee applies from the second delivery attempt onward.
3. Panels and Other Items
o A re-delivery fee of £25 applies for panels and other items delivered using our own delivery service.
o This fee applies from the third delivery attempt onward.
4. Orders Sent via Parcelforce & FedEx
o A re-delivery fee of £8 applies if the order is returned to us by the courier (due to multiple missed delivery attempts)
All re-delivery charges must be paid before the order is re-dispatched.
1- Delivery Charges
We offer Free Delivery to all UK mainland addresses for items under 21KG AND SMALLER THAN LENGTH:175CM GIRTH:300CM WEIGHT 31.5KG.
(GIRTH = CIRCUMFERENCE + LENGTH) – MUST NOT EXCEED 3 METERS.
If you wish to order and live within the UK and do not live on the mainland i.e. islands, armed forces e.t.c. then please contact us for a shipping quote prior to bidding.
2- UK Mainland Orders
Parcels up to 5 KG will be sent via FedEx or DPD providing we cannot use fleet of delivery vehicle’s, please allow up to 3 working days for Mainland and 10 working days for offshore.
Parcels up to 25KG will be sent standard delivery, please allow 3 - 4 working days for mainland. Offshore UK may take slightly longer so please allow up to 7 working days.
Parcels that are of heavy weight will be sent via Silverlake Fleet. Please allow 3 - 4 working days for delivery.
NOTE: NOTE: If the parts you require are urgent, we are able to offer a 24 / 48 hour, Saturday AM or even timed delivery, please contact us for a quote (This is not always possible, Please call to check)
3- Overseas Orders
Up to 5KG parcels are sent using the most efficient courier. Please allow up to twenty-one working days for delivery. Times will vary according to country.
Parcels over 25KG will be sent using one of our specialized networks of couriers. Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery.
Note: Please contact us for a quote for overseas delivery / shipping.
4- Delivery Times
Whilst we endeavour to deliver any order within the times stated above, the purchaser acknowledges that any delivery dates or times stated should be regarded as an estimate only.
We cannot guarantee delivery for a certain day or time, but you can expect delivery within the time stated above and between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm.
5- Accepting Your Delivery
Please note couriers require someone be present to sign for all packages. If no one is available for the package, the courier will leave a card notifying of the failed delivery attempt.
The courier may attempt to leave the parcel with a neighbour, failing that will attempt the delivery normally the next working day.
If customer fails to receive or fails to contact the courier, the parcel will be returned to us at the customers` expense.
Returns Terms & Conditions
Parts purchased will comply with the Sale & Supply of Goods Act 1994 and be of "Satisfactory Quality" unless specified at the time of sale.
Electric / Mechanical parts will carry a minimum guarantee of 90 days and only parts shown on your invoice/receipt are covered by the guarantee/warranty.
