These are designed to be direct replacements for your 1980s-2000s Jackson/Charvels! They are dimensionally identical to the originals, and are made in OE-style Black/White/Black with white embedded logo! These covers are solid multi-color 3D printed from high quality material and are extremely strong and durable. They feature a textured top surface to closely match the originals and fit exactly as the originals did.
These are made to fit all USA and Japanese models, and may fit newer as well. *Note for USA guitars, most of them came with countersunk-hole truss rod covers. These will fit fine as-is, but if you want the same recessed hole look, you can easily counter-sink the holes on the cover.
- The logo is 3D printed into/as part of the cover, its not a label or decal... it will never wear or scratch off!

I'm so confident in the quality of my 3D printed parts, they come with a 1 year warranty from date of purchase! If your part breaks, just send me a picture of the failure and I'll send you a free replacement, you just cover shipping costs. This warranty doesn't cover improper installation, misuse, or damage due to modification.
These are made to order, and while I normally try to keep them in stock, please allow up to 3 days handling time for manufacture and shipping. No mounting hardware is included, you can use all of your original mounting hardware (a tuner mounting screw is what was used OEM). Purchase includes one truss rod cover only.
Shipping is USPS Ground Advantage Tracked & calculated based on your location for the first cover, additional covers and any other item from my store are free shipping! If you purchase multiple items from my store and shipping does not automatically combine, I will automatically refund you anything over the first shipping charge!
