This has two issues. 1)  The first few photos show where the exterior has been removed. This was due to a price tag that was placed and removed.   2)  The bolt on the bottom is loose and rusty. I did not try to tighten.  See photos. My home is smoke and pet free. Please look at pictures closely for details. I take pride in providing high-resolution photos in natural light from a Canon Rebel DSLR camera. Please ask any questions. Check out other items in my store. SHIPPING:

In most cases, if I receive payment by 8 p.m. Central time I will take your item to the Post Office, UPS or FedEx Office the next day.
