Our online ebay store, for parts and accessories, is 24/7 of course and we’re despatching an enormous number of parcels each week as customers turn to online shopping and want the convenience of ordering from home. We send parts to all corners of the world and even direct to you on site in your caravan if you’re away.

Our Service Centre offers top-notch aftersales support, expert parts advice, and skilled repairs & servicing. With a second-to-none reputation, we take pride in keeping your caravan in perfect condition. Service is open Monday—Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Delivery Information

Quick Dispatch

We aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day (Monday–Friday).

UK Delivery

Small parcels (up to 2kg): Sent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked – covers all of the UK.

Larger or valuable items: Delivered using Parcelforce 1–2 day courier service.

You’ll receive tracking details and delivery updates by text or email, and you can:

Choose a new delivery date

Nominate a neighbour

Select a safe place for delivery

Collect from a local pickup shop

Need to change the delivery address?

Let us know ASAP via eBay message. We’ll do our best to update it before dispatch — but once it’s collected, changes aren’t possible.

Our standard rates apply to Mainland England, Wales & Scotland. Extra charges may apply for:

International Delivery

We’re happy to ship internationally for items under 2kg.

Receiving Your Parcel

All parcels are tracked. Most arrive on time, but occasionally there may be delays with Royal Mail.

If your parcel hasn’t arrived:

Check your local sorting office – sometimes items are held without a card.

Message us on eBay after 7–10 days. If the parcel is lost, we’ll happily send a replacement or issue a refund.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. That’s why we offer a no-quibble return and refund policy.

Changed your mind?

Let us know within 14 working days of receiving your order.

Return the item in original condition within 28 days.

You’ll get a full refund for the item, but you’ll need to cover return postage.

Item faulty or damaged?

We’ll cover all return costs and send a replacement or issue a refund.

Order number

Contact number

Refunds are processed using your original payment method and usually completed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item. If you paid by card over the phone, include your contact number so we can call to process your refund.
