The Iridium Portable Auxiliary Antenna (Model: M1621HCT-EXT, Part Number: 100-00044-01) made by Maxtena is currently included with most Iridium 9575 Extreme, Iridium 9575P Extreme PTT and Iridium 9555 satellite phone kits. It replaces the older flat-style Iridium auxiliary antenna.
Key features:
- Compatible with Iridium Extreme, Iridium Extreme PTT, Iridium 9555, Iridium 9505A, Iridium 9505 or Iridium GO! (requires an external antenna adapter sold separately).
- Magnetic mount allows it to be placed on the roof of a car.
- Antenna cable is 1.5 meters long (approximately 4.9 feet)
IMPORTANT PLEASE READ: This antenna has a TNC (male) connector. In order to use it with the various compatible satellite phone models listed above it is necessary to have an antenna adapter (not included).
