Shipping

Shipping is free unless otherwise noted in the listing. Items will ship within 1 business day of cleared payment, Monday through Friday. Most items ship the same day that payment is made. 

Items purchased after 3pm Friday will be shipped on Monday. All items will be shipped through USPS or FED-EX. Orders totaling $750.00 or more will be shipped with signature confirmation.

Returns

If there are any problems with your order, please contact us ASAP so we can remedy the situation.

If your item is found to be defective upon receipt, priority will be given to replacement over refund in all applicable cases. Wherever possible, your item will be replaced with one of identical or superior specifications upon successful return of the defective item to AER. If the damage/defect is found to be intentional upon return to AER, this policy will be considered void and no replacement or refund will be sent.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item unless otherwise noted.
