All products purchased from us at River Country are Brand New, either from our own manufacturing facility or one of our partner companies. If there is any problem with your order please contact us by e-mail within 30 days of receiving your order. If a return or exchange is needed we will issue you a Return Merchandise (RM) number so we both can track your return and process your claim quickly and efficiently.
