These are new old stock from Player Piano Company and have some minor tarnishing which will not affect use or longevity.
Three 10-1/2" long springs to prevent kinking of the supply hoses for the Ampico A grand piano drawer when closed. Fits inside the tubing. Just the spring, rubber hose not included. Just under 3/8" diameter provides a loose fit and easy insertion into 3/8" tubing. internally reinforces tubing to reduce kinking when the drawer is in the closed position.
