This adapts a small block 1.75" bore Chevy T.B.I. (Throttle body injection) unit to a Holley pattern 4 barrel manifold.
A full 1" thick .
Made from a super durable and heat resistant composite material. This part is far better that a 1/2" or less steel or aluminum spacer.
Bores are tapered in to adapt the wider TBI unit to the narrow Holley edelbrock pattern 4bl manifold. This is very important many adapters don't have this feature. This can cause poor performance that is blamed on the computer, injectors ect. when it is really the adapter.
Also acts as an insulator to protect the throttle body from heat increases power .
Mounting holes to the manifold are slotted for tuning adjustments.
Helicoil inserts are installed from the bottom to prevent thread pull out.
Works with spread bore and square bore manifolds
