***I’m not sure of the “R” rating of this insulated ducting. I can’t find info online, and it’s not sold by this company anymore. But, it’s 8” ducting, and the ‘outer’ measurement of the ducting with its insulation is 13 or 14”. This was made for ducting the heat from ducted HID lighting reflectors out of a growroom with a powerful centrifugal fan without affecting the temperature of the growroom in any way. If I had to guess, I’d guess it’s the highest “R” rated available.***
