PLEASE NOTE: If your chair has a “Heat / Massage” feature this control box WILL NOT WORK with it (it would require the 10.000099 control box). If your chair is a “Wallhugger” model it will REQUIRE the 14661T-24 model, LZB part number 10.000134 (it has the longer black plug cable to accommodate the longer motor on that chair). The 14661T-24 / 10.000134 model CAN ALSO be used to replace the 14661 model (LZB part number 11.000202), the additional cable length just needs to be coiled/zip-tied. But the 14661 / 11.000202 WILL NOT WORK on a Wallhugger chair (the black plug cable isn't long enough). If you require further clarification please message us.
