This is a "pre-serial number" Ibanez Custom Agent 2405 Les Paul style guitar. It was made in Japan by FujiGen in 1974 or 1975.
It is all original and in fantastic condition. The neck is on the slimmer side and the action is set low. The neck is straight and the truss rod works. The Super 70 pickups have a great vintage tone. The tuners are excellent as well. The scroll headstock has not been broken. Includes the original case. Overall it's an extremely high quality guitar.
The "2405" features an arched maple top and maple back on a single cutaway mahogany body mated to a set-in mahogany neck with an ebony fingerboard with banjo-style ornate inlays and 22 medium frets. It has a classic F5 mandolin scroll-style headstock, a black pickguard, and a faux ivory inlay behind the tailpiece. Components include a pair of Ibanez Super 70 humbucking pickups, deluxe "Star" sealed machine heads, and chrome hardware.
The Custom Agent 2405 was one of the top of the line guitars for the company and was discontinued in 1976.
