HARPER Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey - 4/5 Qt. - 86 Proof - Distilled & Bottled By I.W. Harper Distilling Company / Louisville, Ky. Barrel is made of a hard plastic or possibly resin. Top half screws off of the glass bottle under the plastic. The name I.W. HARPER is printed there also. It stands approx. 7 1/4" tall. See pictures for condition.
