Steps to replace the blower motor
1.Shut off the electrical power supply to the blower motor.
2.Remove the panel covering the blower motor on your furnace.
3.Locate and remove the bolts or screws securing the motor housing to the frame.
4.Disconnect motor wires from main unit.
5.Slide out blower motor and replace new blower motor unitle.
6.Slide motor and its housing back into furnace and secure in place with bolts,Reconnect electrical wires.
7.Restore power to unit and test the new motor.

How to Replace The Blower Motor Resistor?
Step 1
Locate the blower motor resistor. It can be found below the blower motor.
Step 2
Now that you’ve located the blower motor resistor, you’ll now need to disconnect the resistor from the housing and then remove the harness.
Step 3
After disconnecting the wiring harness, the blower motor resistor will easily slide out of the HVAC housing. Now install the new resistor.
Step 4
With the new resistor in place, check if the blower motor is functioning properly.
Step 5
If you had removed the glove compartment to access the blower resistor, place it back again.
