Pair of Hubert Humphrey US Senate Free Frank Envelopes.  One has been addressed & used, while the other is marked Sample.
The envelopes measure approx 6 3/8" x 4 3/8" & have "United States Senate Washington, DC 20510 Official Business" pre-printed in the upper left hand corner.  "Hubert Humphrey USS" is stamped in the upper right hand corner.  On the envelope marked "Sample", there is an ink strike through the name "Hubert Humphrey."  Unsure of the year(s) these came from.
