1.Insert wheel fixing bolt into wheel; 2.Place a washer on the bolt,then add the nut and tighten;3.Use a socket wrench to tighten the bolt; 4.Remove the bike fixing nut from rear axle and then insert the small locking plate on the axle; 5.After inserting the small locking plate insert the stabilizer into the axle with the desired height. 6. Insert the support bracket into the axle. The other end of the support bracket, with the U-shaped slot, should be secured to the bike frame; 7.Install the extension bolt on the axle and tighten securely;8.Install the black round cap on the wheels9.Repeat for the other side (0.98" From ground).
