Material Specification:


  • PU Composition
  • Thickness:757 Microns / 29.5 Mils (Please make sure plotter is capable of cutting such thickness)
  • Heat pressure sensitive backing
  • Flock Finish


Application Instruction (Home Iron)


  • Set iron dial between Cotton and Linen
  • Cover design with Kraft paper or non-stick cover sheet
  • Place on flat, hard surface (ironing board not recommended)
  • Press iron with medium/firm pressure (do not slide iron)
  • Press each section of design for 10-15 seconds
  • If areas of design lift after application, replace cover sheet and re-press for 5-10 seconds
  • let it cool for about 30-45 seconds and then gently peel back the clear plastic until it is completely removed.


Application Instructions (Heat Press)


  • Cut in reverse
  • Weed excess material
  • Preheat all fabric prior to pressing for best results
  • Apply design at 305°F/150°C-160°C for 12-15 seconds
  • let it cool for about 30-45 seconds and then gently peel back the clear plastic until it is completely removed.

Laundering:


  • Wait 24 hours before 1st wash
  • Machine wash warm or cold / mild detergent (Max 60°C)
  • Dry on normal dryer setting
  • Do not bleach or dry clean


Note: Material will be rolled for shipment. Due to the nature of the material, wrinkles might appear after unroll. In this case, peel off the transfer tape (clear film) and re-apply transfer tape onto the film with heavy flat item on top such as yellow page for 15 minutes, the film will be back to the flat shape

    • -We ship with the US Postal Service, UPS, DHL and will ship with motor freight as needed. All customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

    • -NO international shipments will be made without a   tracking service. All UPS, DHL shipments do have tracking service. Some   US Postal Service selections offer shipping to your country but no tracking service. If you select shipment with no tracking we will contact you with an alternative. If the increased cost with tracking service is unacceptable we will refund your purchase and terminate the transaction.
