SHIPPING

  • WE SHIP TO THE LOWER 48 CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ONLY.  We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or any other country or territory.
  • We ship via UPS Ground.  Based on price & weight of sold items, we may choose to ship via United States Postal Service at our discretion.  Please do not ask us to ship on your account, we will not do this.
  • Items will be shipped within 2 business days after payment has been received.
  • LOCAL PICKUP:
    • If you plan to pick up your item from our warehouse, please let us know in advance so we can have it ready when you arrive.  EBay will provide you with a code for pick up, please have this available when you arrive.
    • Any item that is picked up from our facility will be charged 6% sales tax.  Internet purchases are not exempt from sales tax and shipped items will be charged sales tax according to buyer's location.

WARRANTY & RETURNS

  • We strive to have 100% satisfaction.  If you have any problems with your purchase, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to try to resolve any issue.
  • Buyer has two weeks (14 days) from date of receipt of item to notify us of any problems.
  • Buyers' lack of knowledge of software, drivers or hardware will not be considered a warranty issue.
  • Buyer MUST contact us prior to returning item.
  • Item must be packed in original shipping materials.
  • Our technicians will diagnose item within three (3) business days of receiving.
    • If item is found to be faulty:  At our discretion, replacement will be shipped or a full refund (including original shipping charge) will be issued.
    • If item is found to be in advertised condition:  Buyer shall be reimbursed purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee or $5.00 (whichever is greater).  Shipping fees will not be reimbursed.
  • If item has been damaged in transit, buyer should contact us via email or phone to file a UPS damage claim.  PLEASE DO NOT file an eBay return for transit damaged items.  Filing a return will make the claim process difficult and may take longer to issue refunds or replacements.
