In EUC NO CHIPS OR CRACKS smooth to touch on every angle

Shows signs of wear consistent with age, there is what appears to be black dried ink some microscope pitting looks like from the tip of the pen, maybe when dipping? I’m not sure, but I can not find any comps. So please make a REASONABLE offers! 

The pen holder looks to be brass and does show signs of patina consistent with age, also has some scuffing. It is moveable and is operating properly.

The pen IS IN EUC the tip looks to be slightly bent over which I had to magnify to see.
