Shipping

We always send the item with a tracking number. So please place an order without any concern on delivery. You can always track the delivery status.

Shipping is only available to the address registered in eBay. If you want us to send another address, please change your address on eBay and then place an order.

Shipping is available from Monday to Friday. Weekends and holidays are not available because freight companies are closed.

If you purchase two or more items in our store, we may be able to combine them and send them to you at a reduced shipping cost. Please ask.

If your address is in a remote area of the shipping company. In such cases, additional shipping fees will be charged. (US$10-$25)

Also if you change your receiving address with the shipping company after your order has been shipped, you will be charged an additional fee for the change of address (US$25 per transaction).

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of arrival ONLY if the item was not the item described or defected. No refunds will be made for any other reason (e.g., you don't like it, you changed your mind, etc.).

Refunds will be given ONLY if the item is returned in the same condition as when shipped.
