This kit fit's  CBR models listed below.
  The PAIR system routes fresh air from the air filter box to the exhaust system. This system is designed to improve emissions on stock exhaust systems, but cause exhaust popping when fitting after market exhausts. Also if fitting power commanders ect, it is easier to get an accurate fuel air ratios.

   These cover plates are laser cut, made from 4mm Laser cut hard grade Aluminium and has been rumbled to make it smooth and removes all sharp edges and then painted Black. The cover plates have all the recesses for the reed valve screw heads so that the reed valves do not need to be destroyed, but left in place, as they have the rubber seals needed to give a gas tight seal. The plate also has a side notch as some have a location pin so that the cap will only fit one way round.

The PAIR system can be removed, and the plates fitted to the cam covers. The Fi light does not come on in Honda's in years shown, as the ECU does not monitor the system (it does in other marques and in later year Honda's). The last picture shows what is removed ( each modal will be a little different). The electric plug that is disconnected from the PAIR's valve can be sealed in a bag (use the bag the bolt's come in) to keep it dry and clean. Models that would get the Fi light on need the electric plug left fitted to the valve unit and left fitted to the bike.

 Kit contains:

   2x 4mm thick Aluminium Black painted plates.

   4x 6m flat dome BSP Allan bolt's.

   1 high temperature resistant rubber cap for the air box. (location may be different to the one pictured)

Nothing is destroyed, so can be fully reinstated back to standard if needed.
