This system hooks onto a phone line and electrical outlet. Set properly, it goes off when the enclosed or other alarms are tripped. If you don't turn it off, they call you. You have to tell them the code you've agreed upon. Then they cancel the loud alarm. If you don't answer, they call law enforcement. It worked great until the crooks changed everything.
