The seller who worked for the school systems said these came out of the cafeteria of an elementary school (1 of 7) were not used that much so they stored them away.

I rarely use the term "Like new " but these are as close to like new as you can get as evidence by the appearence of the labels, power cord, the fan, the glass tubes (heating elements) do not have ghosting on them, the switches, the buttons, the metal roof or upload tray, no scortching on any of it.
