These are Hobart mixer switch set pair of push button ON and OFF..  comes with with two new switch covers and mounting screws. UL listed switch.  Hobart classic line mixer models, D300, D330, D340, H600, P660, L800, M802, V1401. These will only work on the Hobart OEM switch plates that use this style switch only. Replace Hobart part numbers, 
00-087711-183-1, 00-087711-183-2, 00-087711-183-3, 00-087711-183-4.   These are the most common today as they are the final version Hobart used.  Early years of the Hobart mixers had different switch manufactures and you need to make sure your switches look like these! Also some aftermarket uses a not Hobart design switch. If not same design a complete control plate is required. We have those in our store. 
This switch also work on some of the meat grinders model 4152 with this style switch.
