This is a Not a original Hobart Part it is a  replacement for  part # 00-068322it is the same lift nut  I put on all my  M802 and V1401 Rebuilds  Hobart list price is around  $222.00
Yes this part is made in our shop  and it is the correct material for the bowl lift nut , Yes  original OEM ones are cast we took a new OEM to Michigan Bronze they are one of the largest manufacturers of bronze and brass in the USA to get material they tested material  so we know we were making them correct  see picture 6 and 7 after being cut you can see same material look
