This is a genuine Hobart Legacy 30 quart and 40 quart, solid aluminum, spiral "ED" dough hook. Works on Hobart Legacy series mixers, HL300 and HL400 series of mixers. This dough hook will not work on Hobart Classic series of mixers.
The older part number for this dough hook was 00-916618-1.
