The oven is Natural Gas 208/3 phase. We completely test and clean all ovens and can ship anywhere in the USA. Our company, Commercial Support Services, is located 30 minutes north of Baltimore, MD. We specialize in high end Bakery ovens, mixers and proofer. We do installation on the east coast for major brands and major box store chains. We take great pride in quality of work and attention to detail on these ovens. The picture may not represent the exact oven available since our inventory is constantly changing. Contact use see what we have and we will be happy to respond with current inventory information and pictures. The ovens are usually shipped whole on a flat bed truck with cover. If you need the ovens to be separated there is an additional charge to do so. We have an excellent shipping company that we can get a quote.
