This is an excellent condition remote Hill Phoenix 20' Three-Deck Fresh Meat/Deli/Seafood/Produce merchandiser. 

Features Double Row canopy LED lighting, and LED lighting for all shelves!

In addition to bottom base shelves, these cases feature (1) row of 18" deep shelves, (1) row of 16" deep shelves, and the top row is (1) row of 12" deep shelves

No compressor is included (these have to be hooked up to a remote compressor, or remote compressor rack system). BTUs are 16,800 BTUs Total @ + 28 Deg F Unit Sizing (840 BTUs/Ft).

These cases have been professionally removed, are currently stored inside in a climate controlled warehouse, and the refrigeration lines have been soldered and the coils pressurized with 100 PSI Nitrogen charge. 

NOTE that you must have a forklift, OR loading dock to receive this unit (they are too long for a lift-gate delivery).
