PENCO is a rather new brand by HIGHTIDE (retailer/supplier of stationeries) since 1999.
Most of PENCO products are reproduction of 'Old American' style stationeries with unique Japanese taste and quality in it.
This is an extremely compact ball-point pen in beautiful streamline (bullet) shape.
It is only 93mm (3.6in) when carrying around in your pocket, but it can be extended to the length comfortable enough when writing.
The body is made of sturdy solid brass with polished finish, and you can feel the comfortable weight to it.
All of each parts are crafted in Japan, and the refill is an universal 4C type, which can be easily found anywhere.
