We stand behind every unit we sell with a 1-year limited replacement warranty covering manufacturer defects and hardware failures under normal, intended use.

Hardware defects or failure not caused by external damage

What’s Not Covered

Physical damage, tampering, or misuse

Improper installation or wiring

Water or environmental damage outside rated spec (IP65)

Software/firmware compatibility issues (buyer is responsible for system compatibility)
- Alterations to, or tampering with the device
Replacement Process

Contact us within the warranty period to initiate a replacement claim

You must provide photos, a description of the issue, and return the unit for evaluation

Serial number must match the unit we originally shipped (we track all serials)
- Any alterations or tampering with the serial number label on the reader, or with the device itself, will void this warranty

Upon verification, we’ll ship a replacement unit at no additional cost
Returns & Buyer Responsibility

Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the unit is DOA

We do not offer refunds — replacements only (if available)
- If no replacement units are available, we will accept the item for a full refund

Buyer is responsible for ensuring compatibility with their access control system
