The HP 400E AC Voltmeter is a precision instrument designed for accurate voltage measurements, specifically AC voltage. It can measure voltage from 1 mV to 300 V full scale and displays both voltage and dB, with a frequency range from 10 Hz to 10 MHz. The input impedance is 10 Mohms.
