Does your Herman Miller Aeron chair need a full adjustable armrest rebuild?  This is the kit you need.

This kit includes everything you need to rebuild one knob-adjusted Aeron armrest.  The only items you need to reuse from the original tensioning assembly is the thick metal tension bar and the preload spring.  Fits Aeron task chairs with rotating armrest lock.  Made of durable, UV resistant PETG plastic.  Please see pictures for details and directions.

Kit includes all parts to repair one arm assembly but does not include the thick metal tension bar and preload spring - these will be reused from your original assembly.  Do not attempt to reuse any other original components, as this kit must be installed as a complete assembly.

  • 5mm (3/16") allen key
  • 4mm allen key
  • T27 Torx bit (T25 will work)
