Item Description

A neat early cast iron wall mounted letter box.  No makers mark, but I believe it was made by the Henry Hart Co. Has a lock, but not keys.  I also am not sure how the lock would work, the latch post does not look like it can be secured.  Does not look broken, but may have been refinished.  Measures about 13 by 5-1/4 across the back. Marked Mail on the lid with a devil figure on the front. Offered as-is.
