Helmet Disconnect - S1030, S1034, S1031 - Machined Aluminum Exact Replica

$2395.0
As part of Orbital Surplus' replica line:

This time we offer, a near perfect, machined aluminum, replica of a helmet disconnect used on many David Clark high altitude pressure suits. This is a working replica disconnect of the type used on the S1030, S1030A, S1031, S1034, S901J suits.

All machined, anodized 6061 T6 aluminum. This replica is so accurate, you could use it's components to replace missing parts on an original.

These feature the ball bearing rotation, and the 16 pin locking system used on these disconnects. This type was also used on the Gemini spacesuit (The video above is our Gemini version)
It also has the correct air inlet ports (molded from originals) and the cable hold down brackets.

These replicas were modeled directly from real helmet disconnect and are nearly identical to the real thing.
While nearly identical to the real rings, these do not have any seals and cannot be used as pressure sealing disconnects.

Produced by our partner, Global Effects Inc., these disconnects were a surplus set from a recent project.

Each Set Includes:
1 - Gray Anodized aluminum - Suit side ring with 16 stainless steel locking pins with Black anodized 3 position release latch.
1 - Gray Anodized aluminum - Helmet side ring.
1 - Gray anodized aluminum clamp ring w/ screws
3 - Cast metal O2 inlets
2- Cast metal Restraint cable brackets

Here at Orbital Surplus, we collect odds and ends from anywhere in the galaxy. So depending on what empire has collapsed, space freighter has crashed or Transport "got lost", we never know what we will receive next. However, we have lost our lease on the asteroid we have called home for more than 30 solar cycles and have to move. So we are finding stuff we forgot we had, and this is where you luck out, cause it all has to go!
