Heathkit Vintage Tube Tester Replacement Tube Roll Thumb Wheel

This is a replacement tube roll thumb wheel for vintage Heathkit tube testers. They are quality 3D printed parts, printed in heat, UV and impact resistant ASA, that are designed to function identically, be stronger than and look very similar to the originals. I have redesigned areas that are prone to failure to be robust, and added a thermal set brass threaded insert, for the included 4mm stainless steel set screw, that locks them securely to the shaft (original has threaded plastic). I also include the 2.0mm Allen wrench needed for installation. They are compatible with many of the vintage Heathkit vacuum tube and mutual conductance tester models, including IT-17, IT-21, IT-3117, TC-3 and TT-1. They may fit other models too, be sure to verify dimensions before ordering if yours isn't listed. Outer diameter is 70mm (2 3/4"), disc thickness is 4mm (5/32") and shaft bore is 6.35mm (1/4"). As stated, this is very close, but not a 100% identical reproduction (the last 2 pictures show new and original side by side, new on the left). To accommodate the 3D printing process, I have made subtle changes that mimic the appearance of the original, most of which aren't visible when installed on the unit. If you are replacing a single broken piece, and are only interested in function ability, a single part would be acceptable.
